Our rug care is state of the art with technicians that have been cleaning rugs for many years. Our in-plant service allows us to work on your rugs and take care of them in a way that assures you of the cleanest rugs possible. We take great pride in our work and we make sure you rugs are worthy of being placed back in your home. The steps we use mimic the way rugs have been cleaned in Persia for thousands of years. We first loosen all the particles by beating the rug. We use a machine that gently beats the rug to loosen particulates. Next, we vacuum the face and on rugs that can be vacuumed on the back, we do so. We test the rug for color fastness, though we can not guarantee that there will not be color bleed. Next, we flood bathe the rug which floats the dirt away. While we do that we scrub the rug with a soft bristled brush machine to get the stains and further loosen the soil. We extract the water and take great care to to see that your rug is dried quickly. After that is complete, your rug is carefully placed on our drying racks and dehumidifiers and fans speed the drying of the rug. We then wrap the rug so that it will not get damaged when we deliver it.
